Natalie Nadeau is an artist from Essex, Ontario. She completed a BFA degree at the University of Windsor. During the past three years, she created numerous large-scale works that incorporated a variety of different materials. She developed an artistic practice that incorporated metal fabrication/foundry processes, bio-artistic aesthetics, appropriation of ready-mades and time-based manipulation. Natalie has exhibited multiple works in various galleries across South-Western Ontario and the United States. She has had the opportunity to show at the !dea Gallery in the Toronto Science Center, 106 Gallery in Grand Rapids, Michigan and the Sculptors Society of Canada. Nadeau is fascinated in breaking the rules of configuration and furniture protocols of domestic spaces through the rethinking of "domestic agency".
