Christa Eggers lives in Highgate, after many years of painting and teaching in Southampton , at the Southampton Art School. Painting classes at the Mary Webb Centre are continuing, with Christa teaching painting in various mediums, soft pastels, watercolour, acrylics and oils. She has painted many portrait commissions of children, people and animals, and loves to paint outdoors, in woods, or by water. Flowers , both wild, and in her garden are a continuing source of inspiration. She has won many awards in Juried shows, including in Florida, and taught painting workshops in Brantford, Goderich, Toronto, Waterloo, Guelph, Wiarton, and other localities.
