A self-taught mixed media artist, Brenda Braun has been pushing the boundaries of art for several years, combining varied techniques. Mixed media and collages spring from a love of the vintage, tattered and torn. New is not always better. Broken is not always garbage. If you don’t know the rules, it doesn’t matter if you break them. Her collages and paper arts have been published in several international magazines. She currently sells her artwork and sterling jewellery online and in her own boutique. Desmond Juried Art Exhibition 2007- Honourable Mention – “The Heart of the Farm”.
